Many people know Toby Keith for his success as a country singer, but what they may not know is how proud Keith is to be an American. He’s penned ultra-patriotic songs like “American Soldier” and “Courtesy of the Red, White and Blue.” Keith also performs regularly for the troops.
Gary Sinise, best known for playing Lieutenant Dan in “Forrest Gump,” is another exceptional patriot. His musical group, The Lieutenant Dan Band, plays special concerts for the troops. Sinise also sponsors a foundation that helps veterans and their families.
