In Part 1 of this video series, we discussed how many firefighters have to work during the Thanksgiving holiday. Here are a few more helpful hints to help them keep the holiday spirit at the station house.
In between calls, fire crews can get together and enjoy the traditions of Thanksgiving. Watching the parade and cheering on the football teams are great Thanksgiving past times that will keep everyone’s spirit up.
Earlier in the month, firefighters could also put up Thanksgiving themed decorations. Window stickers and table settings are excellent items that won’t get in the way of the job.
