Welcome back to our series on veterans looking to start their own businesses. Now that you’ve decided on your preferred industry and have some sort of plan, it’s time to think about funding. As a veteran, there are a few resources you should check out that could assist you financially.

Start by doing some research to get an idea of what your costs will be. Remember to take into account all expenses you may incur when getting your organization off the ground, like lawyer or advisor fees. Once you’ve done this and assessed your assets, you can start looking into helpful resources.

If you’re looking to take out a loan, the Small Business Administration offers financial assistance to veterans for low interest and fees with the goal of supporting soldiers the way they’ve supported our country.

Thanks for watching and tune in soon for more.
